FAQ'S

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days .

Note there may be some delays due,to covid 19 , larger sales can delay processing time .

Domestic Delivery Information

 

Signature is not required on delivery, if you're not home at the time of delivery your parcel will be left at the safest location deemed fit for the mail carrier. If you do not want your package left you can contact USPS or UPS and provide your shipping details to request a pickup or schedule a time for delivery .

 

Processing time is not the same as delivery time and excludes holidays , and weekends .

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday -Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays, at this time ,we do not offer weekend shipping or shipping on holidays!

Following the processing of your order you will receive an email / notification of these details followed by your tracking details for shipment.

 

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or your order is flagged as a risk. We will use this additional time to help ensure the security of shipping address and credit information. We may require proof of identification for the billing information received. In the event there is an issue you will receive an email notification of these details. 

 

Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.

 

Po boxes, APO, & FPO (US Territories Only)

 

We do accept orders shipped to P.O. boxes ,and Apo/Fpo or US territories .

these will ship via USPS only.

 

Separate packages 

 

In some instances an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons .

 

- Certain items may be on backorder

- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office . .There will be a tracking number for each package. 

- Cancellation of orders or out of stock items.

 

Tuojos856 will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock items or inventory .

 

Taxes and Duties 

 

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer .

Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your packages .

it is at the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package or packages .

Note: In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

 

Policy and Terms

By placing an order with Tuojos856, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable fees ,and the cost of return shipping back to Tuojos856 will be paid by the customer. This also applies to any shipments that are refused ,unclaimed by you at delivery. You are also indicating that you are the true holder of the card, and or authorized to use the card for purchases.

 

Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hrs, any exceptions will incur a 25% fee to process ,no exceptions !

NO cancellations , NO Refunds will be made after any items have been shipped .

No Exceptions !!!

 

Refunds if applicable 

We currently do not accept any returns on any items unless the product is defective! 

 

NO Refunds, NO Exchanges 

 

Return shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item ,

Shipping cost are Non Refundable on Packages .

Depending on where you live ,and the time zone it may take longer for your product to reach you times may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50$ dollars ,you should consider using a trackable shipping service or Shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your return item or items .

 

Tracking note 

all shipping methods come with tracking .

If you do not live in a secure location ,please be wise about shipping methods you choose as standard Mail carriers will not require a signature and packages will be left at a secure location deemed fit by your mail carrier 

 

We are not responsible once the packages are shipped .

We are not responsible for lost or theft in the mail system .

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

A restock fee will be charged if you do not claim your item ,and it is returned . 

The charge will be 25 % of the total charge per item.
